Recently, we carried out Client Experience Research to gauge the feelings of our clients about the service they receive from us.

Our overall client satisfaction level was 94.2% set against the industry average of 80.6%.  The result highlights that your experience across ten key satisfaction metrics, including financial knowledge and expertise, strategy and implementation, communication and value, was overwhelmingly positive.

Further, the results show that client satisfaction and customer experience is high, not only for the short term, but over the last 10 year period.  The results show that 92.8% of our clients intend to maintain an ongoing relationship with us and would happily refer us to their family and friends.
